Accommodation Area - anywhere in the camp on the meadow, possibly with a car. There are fire pits and seating available. We kindly ask visitors not to move the inventory, not to create new fire pits, or to do so after consulting with the camp manager.
There are also several designated spots in the camp that require direct reservation. Availability can be checked at the reception or by phone.
Breakfast
Breakfast can be ordered the day before at the reception. They are then served between 8:00 and 9:00 in the bistro next to the reception.
Firewood
Firewood of approximately 10 kg can be purchased at the reception. It is also possible to collect driftwood by the river. Thank you for not damaging the trees and bushes around the camp.
Garbage
Upon arrival, you will receive a garbage bag at the reception. Please dispose of garbage in designated containers, see the camp map, and ensure thorough waste sorting (plastic, paper, glass, mixed waste). Please tie the bags. If necessary, you can request an additional garbage bag at the reception. Thank you for keeping the camp clean and tidy.
Accommodation Rules
The accommodation rules of the camp apply to the designated area for tents and caravans in Dolánky u Turnova, operated by the company SUNDISK s.r.o.
1. Payment
The guest pays for accommodation in advance. In case of early termination of the stay by the guest, the accommodation provider refunds money only based on a medical report of illness.
2. Accommodation
Only a citizen who properly registers at the reception located at the entrance to the area, presents an identity card, and pays the accommodation fee can stay in the camp. Each accommodated person receives a registration number, which they place visibly on the tent or in the front window of the car. Unless otherwise specified by the camp management, it is possible to stay at any place in the camp area. Accommodated persons are also obliged to respect places reserved for groups, large motorhomes, or places marked with a warning sign. A paved area by the access road and the right and left edge of the front meadow are reserved for motorhomes. See the map.
3. Parking
Visitors staying in the camp have free parking. Upon arrival, they take a parking ticket, which they subsequently hand over at the reception. For repeated exits from the parking lot during the stay visitors can borrow a subscription parking card for a deposit of 200 CZK.
4. Refund of monetary deposits in the absence of staff:
In the absence of reception staff, we will refund your deposit by postal mail. Insert a slip with your address and contact into the box with a slip with your name and card/key number. It is also possible to send this information by email to info@sundiskfamily.cz.
5. Breakfast
Breakfast can be ordered at the camp reception always at least one day in advance by 16:00. The price and form of breakfast are according to the current offer. Breakfast is always served between 8:00 and 9:00 in the Dolány Camp bistro.
6. Sanitary Facilities
Camp visitors are entitled to use the lockable sanitary facilities reserved only for the camp. Keys to the sanitary facilities can be borrowed at the reception for a deposit of 200 CZK. No additional fees for sanitary facilities are charged to the accommodated.
7. Infections
Accommodation in the camp is allowed only to citizens who are not carriers of bacteria or affected by infectious or parasitic diseases, nor have they been ordered increased health supervision or quarantine.
8. Check-in Times
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is possible from 14:00. If the guest arrives after the reception closing time, they can stay in the camp, but must report to the reception the next morning without delay. The accommodated person must leave the tent and caravan area no later than the day of the end of the stay by 11:00. If the accommodated person does not meet this deadline, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the accommodation price for another day. A guest who checks in before 6:00 am is obliged to pay the accommodation price for the entire night.
9. Maintaining Order
Guests staying in the camp are obliged to maintain cleanliness and order. Tents and vehicles can only be set up in designated areas. Accommodated persons are obliged to follow the instructions of the camp management, especially regarding the placement of tents and vehicles, lighting open fires, maintaining order, and observing night quiet. In case of possible risk of environmental pollution due to the poor technical condition of the vehicle (leakage of operating fluids, chemical toilets, etc.), the camp management reserves the right to terminate the stay without compensation.
Accommodated persons are obliged to dispose of municipal waste only in designated containers (see map). Garbage is allowed to be disposed of in mixed waste containers only in a tied plastic bag. We ask for thorough waste sorting and its placement in designated containers (see map).
10. Night Quiet
From 22:00 to 8:00, night quiet must be observed. During cultural events, the night quiet time changes. In the camp, there is a strict ban on loud music during night quiet (especially the use of portable speakers and car radios). Even during the day, we ask for their moderate use.
11. Lighting Fires
Lighting fires is only allowed in designated and properly marked places by the camp operator. In case of a declared fire hazard (long-term drought, strong wind, etc.), there is a strict ban on lighting fires, using grills (except gas and electric), and smoking. In case of violation of this ban, accommodation will be terminated without compensation. The accommodated person is responsible for damages caused to the property of the accommodation provider or other accommodated persons according to generally binding regulations.
12. Liability for Damage
The accommodated person is aware of the camp's location in a tourist area, that the camp is not separated from the surroundings by an impenetrable fence, and that any security service is not intended to guard the personal belongings of the accommodated. The accommodation provider is not responsible for personal or valuable items, documents, etc., of the accommodated stored in tents, caravans, motorhomes, or cars.
In case of damage or destruction of the accommodation provider's equipment, the amount will be claimed from the perpetrator according to the actual amount of damage.
13. Compliance with Operating Rules
Each accommodated person is obliged to familiarize themselves with these Operating Rules and is obliged to comply with them. By paying for accommodation, the guest declares that they have been acquainted with these Operating Rules. The camp's Operating Rules are binding for everyone staying in the Dolánky Camp area. Any person who violates the camp's Operating Rules will be expelled from the area without compensation.
The accommodation rules are valid for the year 2025.
